You have to crouch once to go to the right => keep running right until you find an eye! Then once you have it, run back to the left and press shift until you reach the church. Inside there's a basket for the eye. Hope this helps!
You dodge it once to go to the right (you can make it to the eye without dodging from then). Once you have the eye, you run left and press shift until you enter the church. You need to put the eye in the basket!
