Thanks for playing! It's definitely a little tough but I'm glad you got somewhere with it. Cheers for the feedback - I'm glad we managed to put together something aesthetically nice :)

Really like the effort put into this, it was over as soon as I started getting the hang of it! Wish the mechanics were expanded on. The pressure plates you just have to walk over once which doesn't really feel like I'm achieving anything. I also got stuck in the room before the bees and couldn't progress for some reason the first time around, and on the second time made it to the bees, died, but the big bee spawned in the start room again and then I threw the lantern at it and won?? But I played it again properly and enjoyed it, the art and presentation is nice and for the time it took this is really charming. Nice work!

I like the sprites and the music track is nice too. Apart from that though,  the gameplay needs a lot of work. The hitboxes are tiny, and with the aiming system (which is hard to control) its just not a great experience. I found myself walking to the right and just clicking on myself and that stopped most enemies spawning? I don't know what I'm meant to be doing, or what my level means, or how this ties into the theme. The music also just stops after 1 play, so you just hear the sound of your bombs jingling when they explode. Wish this was fleshed out more and expanded on!

I think the concept for this is well done, I played it a few times without any beers but then realised how hard it was! Good job on that :) I wish there was more gameplay to it, and maybe a sense of more consequence to getting black out drunk every night reflected somewhere in the next days - from what I can tell the loop is just the same game everytime? Interesting idea though

Cool! The bullet shooter part of this works pretty well, and I do like the idea of swapping bodies to get different guns and get new health. Though I feel like the whole alien possession thing is maybe impossible to do if you're already being shot at? You can't get behind them as they turn at the same speed you move, and you die in one hit. So basically it's just a shooter, where occasionally when someone is turned around, you can change into them. Overall though it was pretty fun! Nice work :)

Cool presentation, I like the overall vibe of it! I found it pretty tough and just died to the spikes a lot early on which made me quit, cause I didn't want to keep restarting just to do more precision jumping. I wish there was some more feedback of showing you actually getting your ammo / health when you successfully devour too, it plays the same sound and FX regardless. Nice use of the prerequisite as well, I'm sure someone better than me will have a lot of fun with this :)

Nice arcade-y game, I liked the frantic rush of moving around to collect the toxic pots. Pretty fun when you get into the flow of it. Wish there was a bit more going on or an objective than just trying to survive. I don't know how incentivised you are to run the full map either when there's not  really anything new out there. The music was pretty banging as well, fits the chaos. Cool stuff! I got a score of 91 :)

This was fun! I wish the controls and information was a bit clearer. The mouse cursor being used to see the move information, select your attack direction, and move your crew felt a bit awkward and I made some mistakes because of it. I also don't really get the turn system and how I can properly plan out my turns. I also wish I could remove hats and change them around :)

But was a lot of fun learning the characters movesets and thinking of a way to utilise them! The art and presentation is charming and cool, nice game :)

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Glad you like the concept and art, we appreciate it :)

Yeah, working out which ingredients match with each order is done by context + trial & error, but  the only real feedback you get on how well you did is how much money a transaction nets you. We had plans for giving more transparency on this so you could learn and record what does well for each keyword, but it got cut due to time unfortunately.

Good to know for the future that this was a pain point! Cheers for playing our game :D
