So, I'm having trouble with converting this for use in iClone. Is there a fix for this? I need ALL of your packs, but I'm testing it with this one first, and it's saying that there's no compatible avatar for conversion.
And if there is no answer to this particular question, then is there a way to get a refund for this, if I can't use it, or get it converted correctly?
