When do i encounter boss battles?

What is the last milestone in the journal after portal jumps? I don't seem to be getting any hint on how to progress from here.

I'd also like to see this game as an app for Android.

Had this game open in a browser window on a laptop for days. Got a few portal jumps in. Game constantly displays 'game saved' in top right corner. Laptop forces an update next time I opened it. Force closes my browser window during the update as expected. Lose all my data after the countless times seeing 'game saved'.

10/10 would recommend.
