My friend and I have been working on our farming game called Pig Deal and after 3 months of work we are really happy to present the very first playable version of the game with roughly 30 mins to 1 hour of gameplay depending if you enjoy farming games or not :)
Description
Pig Deal is a cozy, comedic farming game about keeping up with a system that’s against you. Your job? Expand your farm, grow new crops, craft new tasty things, decorate your land, and satisfy the never-ending hunger of the corrupt pig who exploits your hard work at every turn. It’s a mix of relaxed farming and satire that begs the question: Is the pig going to take over your island?
Inspiration
Pig Deal was born out of a real-life national protest in our home country against a notorious political mafia boss - nicknamed “Piggie.” Tens of thousands took to the streets in resistance, even erecting a massive pig sculpture right in the heart of the capital. We took that real-world absurdity, slapped a watering can on it, and turned it into a farming game.
