Yeah I want to be honest it would 100% be for my own kinks and tastes so a mod would likely work better for that anyway.

Apologies but I couldn't find any mentions of it in the comments on the page so I wanted to ask. Didn't know it had been repeatedly stated.

Any possibilities for an optional death/severe health issues mode for those into darker elements? Perhaps specific feeder types who are into those aspects?

I feel the health play is a nice detail but once it reaches a certain point the lack of realistic consequences feels a bit immersion breaking for me. And personally I would love at least an optional mode for a more realistic approach.
