First round made it to wave 10 with 4 minutes and 25 seconds!

What a fun twist on the crazy taxi concept. The 2 dimensional plane and the building layouts allow for some really fun movement and traversal mechanics. When you start to get familiar with the layout and can confidently jump and boost around areas and while delivery pizza feels super satisfying. Keeping gameplay focused on movement is a great direction as even just having to press a single key to deliver would ruin the speed and flow of the game completely.

The addition of the short story at the beginning is also super cute and is a fun little way to contextualize the arcade gameplay. The music is also a standout as it really reinforces the frantic and chaotic nature of the gameplay.

Two stand out moments were realizing you could boost directly up into the air and thinking "boosting should take the enemies out" and then trying to do just that only for the enemies to die.

Great job!!

This is a great take on the idea of counting down 99 bottles. The shooting gallery aspect is super evocative of an actual funfair experience. The sound effects are also a nice touch (special shout out to the title screen).

I like the concept! I'm curious to know if you had considered forcing the player to make the card selection in real time as the battle was ongoing. The reason I ask is because when you draw multiple cards in a row, it breaks up the flow of the battle (especially if you take your time to read and consider each card).

Amazing! We appreciate the reply and the insight. We feared the person who commented first would be everyone's experience. We are thrilled you were able to play the game.

We know about the audio issues and it's the reason for the disclaimer on the page - if you wanted to explore the audio in the game, the files are present in the download!

Furthermore, I am just noticing I misread you initial comment about "more ways for dudes to enter". We absolutely agree! The intention is to use the windows as additional entry points only after you smash one with a bottle. We simply ran out of time.

Thank you again for taking the time to play our game and talk to us about it. We truly appreciate it!!

Hahaha yes, less shirtless dudes for sure. You can see the intention is to do so with the other npc animation on the game page.

Quick question, though... Did you have any issues opening and running the game?

Thank you. We appreciate the time you took to try regardless.

Super impressive work. There is a lot of charm packed in right at the outset.

Great minds!

In all seriousness, the idea to have the sliding be tied to grabbing with a timed button press and then to require another input to drink the beer is inspired. Instantly conveys the expectations to the player and immediately imparts a sense of having to rush.

Great work!
