Why does this say that Overhaul first taste is the latest release if it is Sonya part 2?

I don't know if it just me but when starting any animation, it seems like the overall quality of the image drops a lot after it finishes it looks good again.

But the sudden change always put me off, I have a 1920x1080 monitor and for it to look good I have to change the display to windowed and make it really small. 

Is there any way to fix that?

How many chapters will it have?
