So far I've played this game I've only seen quintuplets or quadruplets but I don't know if there will be more in the future or not.

Can't the goddess take the baby to the church or the baby teleported directly to the church?

I want Marie and her friends to be able to give birth while on an adventure so they don't have to go to an inn to give birth. 

Maybe it's similar to the War Demon Kirstin where she can give birth in a hospital and give birth while on an adventure.
