I definitely think its worth it! The Demo is just a capped version of the full game, with more cell types and goblin types further on in the game. For example, automating goblin production with the birth 2 and transfer cells. 

There really isn't one, the demo is just limited to just the first girl. 

Well, the alternative is that we don't get access to the game unless we subscribe to the subscribestar. Personally I like being able to pitch in some money every now and again.

Yes you do, this is essentially a replacement for pledging on subscribestar. So instead of paying 8 bucks every month you can just pay every now and again.
