A platformer pixel art game about the theme "Freedom, but at what cost?" for Pixel Forge Jam#3

I make this game in 7 days for that jam with my girlfriend, and so,  let we know what you think and your feedback about our game.

I'm working on controls UI to show you in game wich control and keyborad buttons you have to use, and a cronometer if someone want to speedrun my game.

Some images from the game

You  can acess the game here: Free Little Bird

I like it. Good jog!. By the way, we used the same collors  hahaha

I like so. Good and clean gameplay. My favorite weapons are snipers like, haha. Addictive gameplay! Good job!

Btw, I can play your game with controller. Thats nice haha

I like it! I love platformers games. Playing your game I can imagine so much hard levels, that you can think "oh, this spine is real or not?" like that our square some lose the notion of what is truth and what is not.  Remember me a matrix crashing or somethink like that hahaa. Good job!

Thanks so much

It took me a while to understand how cant die lol, but I get it. Sometimes the button retry dont works for me, but i just reload the page and ok. Good job!

The art and music are really good. The boss battles are amazing, too. As for the gameplay, I thought the mouse would determine the projectile's direction, but it doesn't—the mouse button just fires the projectile.

Also, I couldn't spot a connection to the game jam theme. Sorry, that might be my fault.

I really loved the ending, hahaha. Good job.

I'm so glad and emotionated to read it. Thanks so much for playing my game

I fixed it! Playable now!

I'm fixing a bug for now

The art is awesome!  The boss battle is so cool. I have fun with this. I love it

Engraçado que quando coloquei os controles invertidos ficou estranho pra mim kk. Obrigado pelas sugestões :)
