Idk what to do in the High Charity area. I'm stuck. I've gotten to the barracks area but afterwards no clue what to do.

Detective Emma's quest. Go to New Alexandria when you're decently close with finishing the game, around like after the 7th or 6th gym badge cause you need to be around level 60 or 70 for this. go to the ruined house with a sign on it nearby the house that holds the entrance to the Blue Oak. and you should be able to start her quest line. and after you finish it talk to Evan and he'll give it to ya
Hey so like I go though the game files sometimes because why not and i've seen things like 'JumboHex' and 'ValtaCremie' and a few other things. I can undertand they're probably Evo's or something and yet when I try and try to get it to work I can't get anything to happen. This game is very nice, but also very confusing. half the time, I can't get an item to work or I jsut can't figure our what it does. Help Plz.
