This is the cutest game with very nostalgic mechanics! Seeing the board instantly brought me back to playing Life with my dad and siblings. I wonder if you could hack it to play it with others.
Love the design! And the sketching mechanic is different and fun! I just started to watercolor and I think this will be perfect to practice without being to complex.
I agree! I am new to the community and never imagined I'd create games but I couldn't find the types of ttrpgs I wanted to play so decided to make my own.

Absolutely gem of a game. I'm a therapist in my real life and this felt a lot like a therapy session. I've worked with a lot of complex grief cases but Last Tea Shop gave me new things to consider for clients dealing with loss. My first customer took up almost 2 pages.
These are the type of games I have been searching for. Black stories, Black creators, Black history, Afro-spirituality. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing yourself in the things you enjoy. I thought games like these didn't exist and I settled on making my own. Thank you Thank you!
Thank you for the feedback! I definitely wanted to add more but was approaching my word limit. But I plan to maybe add some expanded tables or I've been thinking about an expansion of sorts. And I loved how you described the game!

I just stumbled upon this jam while scrolling through submissions for the One Page RPG Jam. I am very new to the RPG world but became motivated to create games based on Black history and culture. As a new player, I initially looked for games with stories I was familiar with but couldn't find any so now I'm determined to make some. Excited to give this jam a shot! Shouldn't be too hard I hope !
No seriously! I have been searching for literal DAYS and this is the only one I've found. I'm a creative writer though and have always loved puzzles and games. This rabbit hole has inspired me to make a series of rpgs based on Black culture! Would love to pick your brain one day.
