So you didn't do anything wrong, the game just doesn't explain it well. A station always makes the most expensive recipe it can, and ovos moles beat egg custard. Wire the custard station only to the station that makes the Berliner or the pastel de nata, not to the Pass, and it'll make custard. I'll make the hint clearer in the next update.

Where do you have more "problems"? Im working on turning every starting ingredient into one single box per ingredient, so that would reduce the amount of things to connect and make it easier to manage end game
