Great idea like Crazy Taxi for the afterlife well done. some real potential here.

love the hand drawn art style and relaxing music, well done.

fun little drifting game well done, i love how the asteroids look a little like potatoes.

great idea reminds me a little of my game galaxy shot. good potential here darn those black holes. a wrap around screen would add some enjoyment well done.

thank you for your opinion maybe it would be helpful to actually critique the game itself rather than disagree with my interpretation of the theme.

Here is the literal theme line. That feeling of moving forward, even when you don’t always know where you’ll end up.  So how does a line in the afterlife not match that?

thank you i appreciate the feedback i'll put in there a nice big pause text in the middle of the screen.

i made one explode but couldn't recreate it, Ill definitely try it out again.

I tried to emulate Papers Please in my own dark supernatural way.

Paperwork in Purgatory submitted for your consideration.

Congratulations damned soul, you have been considered for parole.

After an eternity of screaming, you’ve finally been offered a job. Not salvation - a promotion.

Welcome to PAPERWORK IN PURGATORY, the most soul-crushing bureaucracy in the afterlife. Your job is simple: keep the line moving.

Purgatory is backed up, Hell is overcrowded, and Heaven HR is breathing down our necks. You're manning the Desk - the intake window where every lost soul begs for their final destination. If you can survive 7 days without getting fired (or smited), you earn a spot in the very line you're manning. A win-win.

Not bad my friend good difficulty progression keep up the good work.

Great Job fun and very colorful bullet hell style game, i felt a bit overpowered though and didn't have a way to quit, had to let them kill me great effects. excellent submission.

Thank you very much for the feedback i plan on making a tutorial after this jam. You can attach to any planet and there are 4 anchors at the edges of each side.

once you get a few combos under your belt and learn how to time your slams you feel awesome and make it through several waves. thank you for the feedback.

the thumbnail was a screenshot with Canva text and a couple free clipart Sumo wrestlers they weren't AI made as far as i know.
