My father used to run the original Cyberpunk TTRPG back in the 80s, and he's told me lots and lots about it, and I read through the old rulebook. That exact setup is kinda an homage, it's literally word-for-word the recommended pattern on how to setup a story for your Cyberpunk crew. Set them up on an introductory mission, they get screwed over, now their journey starts off the backfoot as they figure out where to go from there.

I built a set of plugins (you can go download it off the Illusion discord if you want, it's free), one for Neo Studio, one for Blender, that collects everything from Neo Studio 2, like poses, animations, props, characters, and then allows you to fairly seemlessly import them right into blender. Yes, the whole thing is gonna be 100% blender.
In terms of actual workflow, it'll probably be on a per-scene basis:
-Build all the outfits and adjust the characters for the scene
-Find a good map in Neo Studio and arrange all the props I want, export that into Blender
-Drop all my already-edited characters into blender (I'm gonna take some time editing the characters and giving them cool stuff that they can only have with Blender, such as the MC's new cyberware actually being modeled into his skin instead of essentially just a sticker)
-Then just work from there essentially the same as with Neo Studio 2, but with nicer effects like clothing physics and raytracing.
No no, that's not a rule Steam has. Their rules are just referring to overlap and certain things such as directly linking your pages and game file downloads together, because of different policies. You can, for instance, publish a game on Steam, Itchio, GOG, and a personal website all at the same time, there's lots of games that do that, so long as you follow each site's rules about how you handle linking between hostings. For instance, Mouthwashing got de-listed off Itchio because it's page just linked you over to Steam, which is against the rules.
I gave it a bunch of consideration and it's mostly because the artstyle I want for Lev:O is gonna be much more anime than Leviathan, and I'm not particularly fond of the idea of dropping the HS2 version of the game since people are already attached to it. Ultimately whenever I'm caught up to current events on Blender, the additional workload is not gonna be very much.
Yeah, it's just missing translations for certain sections. I don't actually speak the language so it'll be machine-translated until 0.5, but I'll push that into the patch soon. Unfortunately because of how production works it's kinda hard to have the languages be perfect when I'm changing the script, but I'll do my best!
Most of the saves should be fine, but a lot of the dialogue changed and just because of how ren'py saves work, since it's tied to the dialogue and scene hash, I can't fix the fact that a lot of the saves broke. I'd recommend at minimum skipping through back to where you were so you can make sure your gallery is filled in and everything.
Part of the script revisions for 0.4.4 was basically going through and just cutting a solid half of the narration and interior thoughts from the MC. It's mostly an experience thing, it's hard when you're new to gauge how explicit you need to be about descriptions and what each character knows and thinks.
Going to do my best to finish up script writing and send that over to my translators by the end of the month, I'm gonna give em a few weeks to go through it so hopefully like 3 weeks from now. I've got plans for changing out some early scenes, and currently have added like 2 scenes to the content from 0.2, 1 to 0.3, and 1 to 0.4. I'm planning on entirely redoing the opening scene at minimum for 0.5 and I've got ideas for other stuff to do with the earlier, however I will still always be generally oriented towards making new content.

We've already got one of 'em, though I guess she's more of an alien than a monster
