This game was made by an Unknown Company named "Interactive Pet Game Studios" and it was released on February 5th, 2014. People downloaded the game expecting normal pet experience. But, they already discovered that this is a ransomware. Since these people didn't have enough money, Their files are lost forever, And the game was taken down due to law enforcements. But as of right now, people discovered it and it is now considered lost media that has been found.
