hi, I like this book and was wondering why you didn't post it in the workshop forum...... I would really love to do a new revision of it and was curious if the artwork is either creative commons or public domain and if so, can I get the links to prove it.

Either I missed it or you forgot to include the method for generating stats

Have you sent out the codes yet for those of us who purchased  print copies yet? I have been watching my email including my spam folder and have yet to see it....
