Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some talented artists to collaborate on my visual novel, Engwyr. It's a dark fantasy story that mixes mystery, romance, and horror in a frozen post-apocalyptic world.

I've already finished a one-hour demo so you can jump in and see if it's your kind of vibe.

Play the demo here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/f26b9su20eembd9/Engwyr-demo.zip/file

(Keep in mind assets are placeholders)

The Story

The world is trapped in a new ice age. You've been sent to Coldwater Crossing, a remote holdout town, to keep order. But as you try to manage desperate survivors, you realize the cold isn't the only thing to fear.

There are whispers of a strange cult that promises warmth and salvation, and you soon find yourself drawn into a mystery that goes much deeper than the snow. It's a choice-driven story about survival, trust, and uncovering the terrifying secrets hidden beneath the ice.

The game will have four routes. Each following a heroine's story and each having multiple endings.

Who I'm looking for

I'm hoping to find creative partner(s) to help bring this world to life. The art style itself isn't set in stone for now. The placeholder should only be seen as giving an idea rather than a strict art style.

I'm looking for:

-Character Artists: To design and create the main character sprites and expressions.

-CG Artists: To bring some of the game's impactful moments to life.

-Background Artists: To paint the game's key locations, from the bleak, snow-covered town to... other, warmer places.

Compensation

This is a passion project for now, we'll be working on a revenue-share basis. The plan is to create a great game together and split all the profits equally.

Interested?
