Hello, we're a team of currently six people looking for at least one UI Artist for the chatsim elements alongside buttons and potentially a menu if we have the time for it!

If you're interested (game summary below), please feel free to reply here or/and send a DM to nameless_entity01 on Discord!! :)

It’s going to be a suspense horror chatsim that focuses on the paranoia of being watched in which the MC finds a poster about a job posting and, out of desperation, call the number. After answering some questions, they’re added to a private messaging app where a man known only as Angel begins periodically trying to convince them to join their organisation or rather cult. Meanwhile, as they go about their days, they begin to feel as though they’re being watched and noticing someone always seeming to lurk nearby them.

I just finished all the endings, this was pretty fun to play!! :)

Hey, are you still looking for a team?

If so, our VN is going to be a suspense horror based around a Cultist trying to 'recruit' you. It'll focus on the paranoia surrounding stalking and the feeling of being watched. I think that could line up with what you said you'd be interested in!

If you're interested, my Discord is nameless_entity01

I think this is one of the most creative ways I've seen someone go about the limitations of the jam! This was fun to play! :)

Hey, just to let you know, using AI will result in you never getting the chance to actually learn how to add the glow. The best way to improve is by trying, potentially failing and continuing despite issues.

I understand that people can have a difficult time processing the other negative impacts of AI usage such as the environmental impact as they cannot clearly see that in front of them so I hope this reasoning can help you understand why AI is not all it’s made out to be.

Once you’ve learnt that skill and potentially any other skills you’ve been using AI for, you’ll be able to forgo AI usage and as a knock-on effect, have significantly more people willing to use and like your asset pack.

You're welcome! :)

From my knowledge, the best way to describe a log line is generally that it's 1 to 3 sentences showing what your visual novel (or any type of media honestly) is about.

Hello, I did Spooktober 2025 so I think I can answer some questions! :)

First of all, the jam starts on the 1st of September as opposed to the 1st of October. This is explained in the FAQ as being because a lot of people play horror games in the lead up to Halloween and having the game be published by the start of October allows it more visibility.

Secondly, before the jam begins, you're allowed to make concept art alongside writing the outline to the story and the log line. Excluding the log line, nothing you do before it begins is allowed to be used directly within the game. This means you're not allowed to do scripting or asset creation.

I would definitely recommend giving the FAQ a read through on the overview page of the jam, I hope this helped!

Oh, that ending hurt.... :(

Really good game!

I just finished playing through every ending and really enjoyed it!! The writing is nice, the art is beautiful, the music choices are amazing and I'm excited to see where it goes (especially after inputting the first emperor's name)! Both Cassian and Ash are very interesting to me!! :)

I honestly love this game a lot, it's very emotional and really gets you to feel for the characters, especially little raindrop..

Thank you! I'm glad you like it!! :)

This game is such an experience. I don't know how to describe it (and I honestly like that fact) but it's something I'd recommend to anyone.

Hey, I finally got around to playing this (I would've played sooner but I got ill, oops!) and it's really good!!
I really love everything from the story to the visuals to the sounds/music! Overall, a fun game that I haven't completely finished yet but I hope to soon!! :)

It'd be very cool if you played my team's submission, 'A Normal Walk Home.' :)

Also, a recommendation I have that hasn't been mentioned here yet is Bloodlust.exe!! I tried out the demo and love it so much that I'm planning on buying the version with the first two chapters!!!

I’m really happy you enjoyed it!! :)

Also, yeah, I can’t guarantee anything right now but I would love to expand upon it eventually if I find the time and the other team members are interested! (Especially since it was planned to be a bit longer but the scope knife got to me… /silly)

Hey, I’m very glad that you liked it!! :)

Also, I haven’t gotten around to playing yours just yet but I’m hoping to do so sometime tomorrow (Saturday my time)! I’m excited!!

Hey, if you’re still looking for games, it’d be very cool if you streamed ‘A Normal Walk Home.’ :)

Hey, I know it's kind of late into the game jam but our team is in need of a background artist. Only two backgrounds are needed (a day and night version of the same street).

The synopsis is that the MC is leaving their work late at night when a strange man approaches them, asking if he could drink their blood.

If anyone is interested in helping, please contact nameless_entity01 on Discord. :)

Hey, I've sent a request from my phone account (Random Human) as it's too late at night for me to turn my laptop on.

Hey, are you still looking to join a team as a writer? If you are, my Discord is nameless_entity01

:)

Hello! I'm looking for people who would be willing to help!! :)

So far, I've got a basic idea for what it will be about.

Synopsis: It's Halloween night and you're leaving work as usual. Everything's fine until you stumble across a vampire and have to convince them not to drink your blood...

(I'm currently working on expanding the premise to be more than that as I only decided to join earlier today..)

I'm mainly looking for artists for concepts, CGs, sprites and backgrounds alongside a UI designer and an audio designer. However, while I'm intending to do the coding and writing, if anyone would want to help with those, I would be very appreciative!

Sorry if this isn't how these work, I've never done this before...

Thank you for reading! If anyone wants to contact me, my Discord is nameless_entity01

Also, thank you to TheLilaDoez for helping me know what to say in this! :)

Hey, are you still looking for a team to join? If so, I've sent you a friend request on Discord. :)
