I was really glad to see that the game finally dropped, I've been waiting for it since I saw the first designs of the characters. I've come to adore Reficoul's weirdness, it's also cute to see how flustered he gets, especially because he seems so outgoing.
I haven't finished playing, I still need to check out Lialeb's route, but I can't stop laughing. Using the pc's name as a scary/horror factor is a good idea, but my pc is named after a month, so it's kinda hilarious being called "December". I anyways stand that this is a great idea, I've barely seen it before.

I cannot believe that there aren't as many comments as I expected, the artstyle is eye-catching so I assumed that there would be more reviews. I loved the animations, it's hard to believe that this is someone's frist game after seeing the dedication.
As for the script, there are indeed some mistakes. Most of them are just simple mistakes, like the missuse of a dot or capitals, but here's what I thought that could be re-phrased (I want to clarify that I'm also not sure if what I'm saying is correct or not, since English is also not my first language).
Since the same words are repeated later you could use another adjetive, such as "blunt". I'm not sure if a translator would offer you different adjetives, but checking out an urban dictionary could help.

I think it's more fitting to say:
"There's something with the way he said my name. It made a cold sweat run down my back, not even the freezing wind from outside can make it dissappear"

"He said that like it was the most normal/common thing in the world."
I'm only pointing these out since you requested it on the game's desc. I think that the game is properly made, hopefully you don't give up and continue it.
You're right, at the end of the day characters are what make the story interesting.
I understand the struggle with rhythm games, I can't quite distinguish shapes when they're moving lol. I didn't notice that it didn't change the dialogues, but I'm glad it doesn't affect the game at all, I'm also thankful that all mini-games have an "end" option.
Good luck n keep going. 🖤
The writing of the game has left me speechless. I adore how realistic the m/c can be, I wish I was able to do something while they were being "forced" to talk, but it made so much sense that they just gave in. Kian is still a big question mark for me, I don't even know how to descrive it, but the descriptions that the game gives are on point, it makes you constantly feel like he's being fake. And lastly, for Foks, I adore him too much, mainly the way he talks and the stuff he says, he can be so meaningful, I also enjoyed how he's not just some "normal childhood plush that became alive", or well, probably I just liked that the m/c can hurt him and he doesn't mind, or even prefers that.
The game left me wondering what happened to the m/c in the past, I like how everything seems to match, there's a reason for everyone's personality, the characters aren't just "bland".
The minigames are great and easy, I only "struggled" with the guitar one, I couldn't difference the colours between the up and down arrows, but that is be a me thing. They were fun anyways.
This is already long, but I forgot to mention that I like the animated CG'S, it's not something you usually find when playing a VN, it makes the game feel more unique.
I did not and gave up, but thanks to your comment I noticed that it was because I was using an old version. You should check if you have the newer one.
Here I'll leave the answers I used to get each ending.
Btw, ending 2 appears as ending 3 in-game, so I'm not sure which one you're missing.
Ending 1: (You can get different kinds of ending 1, it just changes your behaviour)
1- Insist that it's him
2- Be petty
3- Help Salem
4- You were glad to see him
5- Play along
6- Sure, I'm down for anything
7- Down the hatch
8- Got any seconds?
9- Accept
Ending 3 (?)
1- Insist that it's him
2- Do it out of spite
3- Don't help
4- It's whatever
5- Just head back
6- ...?
7- Sure, I'm down for anything
8- Down the hatch
9- That was gross
Ending 3 (?)
1- Insist that it's him
2- Be petty
3- Don't help.
4- It's whatever...
5- Just head back home
6- ...?
7- I'm not really feeling adventorous
8- Refuse.
I'm not gonna lie, I 100 percent downloaded the game because of the artstyle and the page's desing. It's, in fact, amazing, but the story is as good and the music seems to match the game perfectly.
I loved "Unknown", but all of them are interesting. Probably my favourite story was ST4RLITE's, his endings seem to be the most enjoyable ones, and I found his "preferred options" harder to guess.
I am a bit confused, I cannot believe that there's no comments, even if the game has been recently posted.
It's overall a nice demo, I am interested in knowing what's coming next, since the only two endings I've got didn't end up really "well", I wonder if the third one is better, I just couldn't get it.
I did face some bugs when playing, such as "Nelly" not showing up, she only appears once, when you open the door, but the other sprites appear as an error text. There's other ones, where Salem's body doesn't shows and it's just his face floating.
I enjoyed the animations, such as the main page one and the rest of them, even the phone animation was enjoyable.
I am about to finish checking both routes and I am amazed.
I firstly did Benji's route, since it's easier to get.
At first he seems really manipulative and dependant, but I am not sure if he's purposely manipulative, I mean, he could be saying all of this without actually being aware of the impact of his words. But at the same time he makes harsh comments, which he claims that are just out of pure honesty, that could make one feel worse, leading into feeling like you need Benji in order to continue. This is what he wants, clearly, but I am not sure if he's fully aware of how egoistic he can be, since he always talks as if he is an "empath", it's more like a fake empathy.
The situations with him can be really nice, but he gets stressed easily over your actions, as if his whole life depended on YOU.
I was honsetly glad when the M/C told him to go to therapy, it's sad that he inmediately turned it down because he claims to be "self aware".
Then there's Ellis' route, and probably my favourite. I prefer his route because he's not too... needy? I mean, he is a whole creep, but his ways are nicer, somewhat. He's less intrusive.
At first I assumed that his way of speaking was due him teaching himself how to "socialize" or to be more humane, if this makes sense. As if he's not really sure of what to say, he's just trying to say something as to fit in, to seem normal. But then, when going for a walk with him, I realized it's because of his father. It still feels as if he's not fully aware of himself, as if he doesn't understand that he's a human too, or well, how society and humanity itself works.
I JUST FINISHED HIS ROUTE, I LIED, HE'S AS INVASIVE.
Both characters are interesting, I still want to know what else is yet to come.
But my beloved is the M/C. I really enjoy said character's personal story and the replies, although their decisions can be changed by the player, I just adore their ways. This is probably one of the best M/C's I've seen. I am so thankful of how they're written.
If they were an interest I would go for them and it probably wouldn't work out, but I'd still appreciate them.
(My apologies for the grammar mistakes, English isn't my thing)
Okay, so I played this after playing "Lucky Day" and now the true ending make so more sense.
This one game did make me feel scared, compared to the other one. I believe this shows Oliver's true side better. This also made more sense since I checked his character file and read his information. I will correct myself now, it's not a "bubble" for himself, it's a bubble made for the M/C. The fact that he fakes his facial expressions is more clear, you can notice at times how he struggles or forgets to put a "normal face" on.
This game made me like Oliver way more, I believe that this helped me a lot to understand his character. And, for being the creator's first novel, it's amazingly made. I enjoyed this a lot.
I adored the homescreen music and the layout of it, even the art looks amazing.
I was impressed by the fact that I get to decide how to beat him up, and this happens many times. I am glad that he gets what he deserves, tho I am impressed that the M/C is capable of doing so.
I liked the dating interest, I think he mentioned that his name is Oliver, but I am not sure if he was lying, he doesn't seem like the lying type anyways, he shows himself being too honest and maybe even innocent, even after everything he does. I wonder if he actually understands the problem related to his actions, I mean, he does ask himself if he has gone too far, but is he capable of comprehend what's happening? It's like if he was in a "bubble", kinda like gaslighting himself. Oh, and, I adored the fact that he likes hamsters, I wonder if there's art of him with a hamster, that would be cute to see.
I wasn't able to understand how he managed to get a camera inside a plushie, give the plushie to someone else who ended up selling it to the M/C, who casually went to the exact place where it was being sold. It was still interesting to watch and confirmed me that my childhood fear is something that could happen; a plush having a camera.
Overall, this was a fun experience, not scary at all, made me laugh many times. I was also glad that the M/C was gender neutral.
I have just peeked at the comments and noticed he appears in another game...
I usually do not play visual novels where the M/C is fem/uses fem terms, but this was an exception and it impressed me, now I want more.
I will first of all, point out a bug I've been getting.
While trying to get the only ending I was missing my game would crash, It shows part of a text that should be shown with a CG I believe, since it says "I supervise them as they file out of my door, (wait i0.2)", this is the ending where they all leave. After this, when the final screen finishes, the game just freezes. I tried repeating this, but the same thing happens and it doesn't save the progress, I mean, when trying to skip that part's text it doesn't allow me since I "haven't unlocked it". Hopefully I have explained this properly and it helps with the future development.
Now, moving onto what I thought while playing the game. I firstly thought that someone was hiding in our closet, but once seeing Auguste's story I noticed that his friend could be here, and since I had picked William and his option said "that we might forget things when we're under stress" I already knew that it was his friend. But I didn't expect Theo to have purple hair, it's like all the time William knew, and him helping the M/C to bury him makes me believe that William might be part of everything. Lastly, when getting Jay's ending the M/C ends up kidnapping him, this made me wonder if all this time the "obbsesive behaviour" was from the M/C, as if the one who's obsessed with them is Erica and everything she's doing is due mental issues.
The art is amazing, the moving screen and voices kept impressing me, and the best part is the M/C's personality, I am so glad that she's like this, it made the experience better. I also loved the final CG's, they all look beautiful.
The point is, the game ended up making me close my mouth, I shouldn't have doubted it, but I am glad y'all managed to make me change my thoughts. Hopefully the game does get fully devloped and I hope it gets more recognition. I'll be expecting to see more of it, keep up with the amazing work.
