Hi, I'm Alex. I'm a godot programmer and I've been in need of an artist to collab with for a while now. I've done a few jams before and I'm working with 2 composers, one who I've done a few jams with and one who I've teamed up with for this jam. The four of us should be able to put out a finished product.
Fuhp, the composer I've collabed with before, does a lot of calm and serene music, while Wolf'sbane does more heroic action music. I've remade some simple arcade games and collabed on a more complex project, so I'm at a point where I'll be able to program something interested by myself.
I'm in the EST time zone and my discord is nemmytothea so send me a message if you're interested! I'd love to see some of your work
Hello, I'm Alex. I'm a godot programmer looking for an artist so we can make a 2D game.
I want to put together a team of people I know are reliable and also want to do game jams in the future. If the jam goes well, I'll definitely reach out to you again. This is all unpaid. I don't make money from anything to do with this.
I do 2-3 jams a year but I want to do more and it'll be easier if I know a 2D artist that likes to do game jams.
My team consists of my composer and I. He does a lot of softer, peaceful background music and I've re-made retro games and can ship a playable game. We also have a new composer that does more fast-paced heroic music and this is the first jam we'll be doing with him. We've done a few jams now and I'd love to collab with an artist so we can evolve from permanent placeholder art and free art from itchio.
I'll work on the game for probably 3-5 hours a day for the 7 days of the jam but the composer may not be available for the full duration of the jam. The writing and general art direction for the game would be handled between all of us and we'll all make the idea behind the game when the theme is announced.
We'll be making a 2D game, so the artstyle can and should be simple for the deadline. Pixel art and <4 frame animations would probably be best. You can add as little or as much to the idea behind the game as you like. I have a good frame of reference for what I can make with the time I have.
I will make a YouTube video about the jam, because I want to be a game dev youtuber and want a video portfolio of my games. The only info I'll give about you is basic credits that you give me, unless you explicitly ask otherwise. I'll preserve your anonymity I'll simply refer to you as your role in the group.
This is the itch link to my last jam (https://wanderstruck.itch.io/the-lamplighter)
I also have some YTvideos of the pong and galaga games I made.

Hi, I'm Alex. I'm a godot programmer and I'm putting together a team to make games and do game jams with. So far we are a composer and a programmer. We're looking for an artist so we can have our own assets for games. Although the composer may not be able to participate the full duration of the jam, we'd like to work with you. I do want to make sure you're okay with me making a YouTube video about this, though.
Hi! I'm Alex, a game developer. I want to get in touch with a composer for this jam, and to hopefully work with in the future. I make 2D games in Godot and I'm building a team of people to make games and do jams with. So far we're a composer, that does calm and serene background music and I, a noob game developer in godot who's remade a few arcade games. I also will make a youtube video about participating in my jam.
I hope you're interested. You can message me on discord (nemmytothea) if you want to get in touch.
Hi! I'm Alex. I've followed you on itch for several months now. I'm a big fan of your art and I develop games in godot. I'm looking to team up with an artist for the Brackey's game jam in twelve days. If you're interested, you can message me on discord at nemmytothea. Either way, I hope you have a nice day.

I want to put together a team of people I know are reliable and also are using hobbyist game jams to get what they want. If the jam goes well, I'll definitely reach out to you again. I sent a discord friend request with a matching username, so if you're still looking, I'm looking to make a team for this jam, and future projects. I'm the developer, and we have a composer. I also know and am helping a developer learn godot for the future. We're looking for an artist and I think you're art style would fit our game. In our game, you play as a tavern manager in Fantasy Landia (working title) and you place masks upon your golems so they can sprout to life to work for you.
DISCLAIMER: This is not our game, but this is a style the composer and I agreed on.

Hi, I'm Alex, I'm looking for some people to do game jams with. I did the art for a game jam, but this is my first programming jam. I'm looking for a long-term team to work with because I want to do more jams in the future and get into game development as a career. My discord is NemmytotheA. I'd love to focus all my energy to programming, so if I could get an artist, a sound designer and composer, that'd be amazing. I also want to do at least one of the wildcard challenges if they're more interesting than, "you can't use premade assets."
