Thank you for the response,i will try it some more after update.For example when looking at inventory to equip items to character slots ie to head or hand i can see the purple pointer but clicking on the items nothing selects or happens ive tried left clicking,double clicking,running full screen etc.

As below,pointer not showing on my screenshot though.
