In settings, there isn't aren't video options to change resolution, frame cap, and which screen the game launches to. I'm currently having an issue where the game launches to my secondary monitor rather than my primary having just downloaded and launched the game then relaunching, Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a config file, that I've been able to find, where I can change this setting outside of the game itself.
