The slow beat shows mostly on easy difficulty. Maybe in the future I will add a system to let the player change that to their liking.
The cum card shows up randomly, if you cap a session at 10min the card may appear at 6min because it is based on session length.

I haven't though about that until now but translation its definitely a good addition. It would be only text translation, for now, and maybe voice later on if all goes well.
