Hello! Could someone help me? I have restarted the game from the beginning multiple times, but no matter what I can't find/unlock Katarina Town. Is there a hidden prerequisite? Something similar is happening in the Deep glowing forest. I can't advance further. The Quest log says "Return to Arthur at the Guild", but nothing happens... Any help please?
