I think this is clearly inspired by Spider Solitaire! It's very similar to this, however in Spider Solitaire not all cards are laid down and some stay in the stock.

I wonder how you're getting the shorter column, I've finished 25 games trying to replicate this and I've never had a short column!

Yeah I've had the same issue, once I get 100K+, the game suddenly gives much less. It looks like there's an overflow and the number resets to 0.

Good, that broadly corresponds to my intuition then! I wonder how hard is that last 5% I couldn't understand at all! Very great game by the way!

Yeah around 70-75%! I did some Balanced games and haven't lost, so I'm guessing more than 90% Balanced games are clearable with the right sequence.

It's probably possible to go higher on Brutal but sometimes I am really stumped on what move sequence I should go for haha

I agree with your other comment, it would be really nice to  be able to replay a seed! I've had so many brutal games where I almost found a winning sequence but made a calculation mistake along the way and wanted to see where it was!

Hint for the two puzzle pieces for the scale you're missing:
1. How do people usually capture bugs they don't want to touch? 2. For the last one, you'll need a helping hand. Literally.
