Side note:

Maybe your "rules enforcement system" is script-based?
If so, custom content creator could possibly create the scripts that will comes along with the custom cards?

It would be a kind of 'custom content plugin system'?

.. or maybe I am just putting the cart before the horse :p

Marvel Champions game is so successful that a HUGE amount of high quality custom content has been created.

This is a vibrant community and the custom content expand / renew the game a lot.

I'll not elaborate to much for now, but just asking if it would this make sense for "Marvel Champions: Digital Edition" to support this?

2D mode does indeed fix the issue.
