OMG. Thank you! Couldn't figure that out

She gave me the dog collar and said to get the puppy suit from the basement but when I go to collect it , it says I can't put it on cause the collar is locked to the neck

If you don't mind me asking, how were you able to finish the puppy duit quest? I keep getting stuck on that one.

I'm stuck. I talked to Truffle and got the puppy collar locked and when I go to get the puppy gear in the basement it says I can't equip and the quest marker won't continue. 

Is "The Sun Goes Down" the last quest? It keeps saying go to your room at night but nothing happens.
