AppData should be inside your user folder on your pc (C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Roaming), you can also access it if you type %appdata% in Windows+R
he seems fine with it, so i guess you can go ahead
im not so sure about this one... im gonna ask the other guy, if he is ok then i guess you can go ahead, i'll try to asnwer as soon as possible
small updates yes (adding characters and fixing stuff) but i dont think a big update will happen (also i have no idea how to add a sandbox mode or what does that even mean)
