I forgot to reply and say thank you so much for the hints. I'm embarrassed I didn't think to combine the tome with the note.

I've kept playing and over the last couple of months and eventually got one of the endings--not the best one, I'm sure. It's a really neat game, with some tough puzzles. It's so long and involved, with an interesting story and fun cinematic platformer gameplay. It must be hard for games to get discovered on Itch (it was lucky that I found it), especially years after their release.

Had you all ever thought about recording a longplay of it? I'd be curious to see all seven endings.

No worries, and thank you so much! I've unlocked most of the doors. The only key I don't have is for the door in the upper left of the second floor (the bedroom, which I assume gives access to the attic). I haven't fixed the lift yet and haven't found the codes to the two doors with electronic locks. I've found the zhogtk in the library, but I assume I'm not able to get rid of it yet.

It's probably something obvious enough that I just keep missing. Really appreciate any hints you have!

I started playing this game recently and have really been enjoying it. Is there a walkthrough or hint document somewhere, though? I've played for five hours or so and find myself thoroughly stumped. And I really want to keep playing and see how the story turns out!

Hello! I recently played your game on my Twitch stream. Neat game--I like seeing new text-based games being made. I was wodering, though, has you thought of putting a longplay or a walkthrough up online? I wasn't able to figure out how to beat it. Thanks for making the game!

Just played this, fun game. I saw one character and was like, "There is no way the developer incorporated a villain from an old theatrical cartoon I saw on VHS years ago." And then the dialogue made it clear that this was exactly what had happened

This game is great. Thank you for making it, and for uploading it here! I first played it probably in high school, maybe on Newgrounds. Then it was one of the early games I played on Twitch (off the Pinhead Games CD-ROM). Took me a while to figure out a couple of the puzzles, and it still makes me laugh!

As a lifelong fan of The Twilight Zone, I was excited to try this game. And I had a great time, ended up playing both episodes in one go. Thanks so much for making these.
