Hi! I realize you’re currently recruiting a pixel artist, but I’m curious whether your fan game already has a composer or if you expect to need original music later.

I create retro action music, futuristic arcade themes, and intense boss tracks that could fit stage gameplay, menus, and mechanical boss encounters.

If you still need music, I’d be interested in discussing the soundtrack’s direction, scope, and budget.

Hi! I’d be interested in creating this track. My initial direction would be a memorable theme carried by celesta, harp, light woodwinds, and strings—beginning mysterious and delicate before opening into a more adventurous cinematic section, with an ending designed to return naturally to the opening.

If you’re still looking, could you share the visuals, intended usage, preferred duration, and any emotional progression you want the track to follow? I’d be happy to create a short concept once I understand the project.

Hi Canis Dei! The combination of medieval investigation, wartime tragedy, restrained horror, and mysticism strongly interests me. I’d be especially interested in contributing dark ambient or cinematic music that builds suspense without overwhelming the novel’s dialogue and philosophical tone.

If my work fits your direction, I’d like to see the prototype and hear the completed soundtrack so I can understand its established musical identity. I’d then be happy to begin with one short concept cue for a specific scene or chapter.

Hi! I’m interested in creating the background music for your Sokoban project. I’m imagining a small set of seamless retro puzzle loops: a welcoming title theme, a light concentration-focused gameplay theme, and a slightly more energetic variation for later levels.

I could provide an initial musical concept within a few days and complete a small coordinated set in approximately one to two weeks, depending on feedback and revisions.

I’d like to try the playable build and confirm the desired mood, track lengths, looping method, file format, crediting terms, and etc

Hi! I realize you’re currently recruiting specifically for an artist, but your project sounds interesting and appears to have made meaningful development progress.

Have you already found a composer, or do you expect to need original music later in development? If not, here’s my portfolio for consideration:

I’d be interested in discussing music for the gladiator battles, cities, travel, and permadeath moments if you eventually need someone.

Hey! I’d be interested in helping with music for your horror-game prototype. I could focus on unsettling background ambience, escalating tension, chase music, or darker story moments while keeping the soundtrack appropriate for a short first demo.

If my work interests you, I’d be happy to start with one short track based on a specific scene or gameplay situation.

Hey! I’m a composer who’s also interested in horror concepts, storytelling, and worldbuilding. Your interest in PS1-style horror, survival games, and grounded settings lines up well with the kinds of projects I’d like to help create.

I’d be interested in talking about a small horror prototype first and seeing whether our ideas and working styles match before committing to something larger.

Hi! I’m a composer interested in the darker electronic side of Broken Broadcast. I’d be interested in creating corrupted, glitch-heavy music that develops alongside the characters and intensity of each encounter.

I could begin with one short concept track based on a character or scene from the demo. If you like the result, we can discuss the scope and arrangement for any additional tracks.

Hi! I may be interested in helping with music, but could you share more information about the game first—its genre, current development progress, screenshots or a playable build, musical direction, expected number of tracks, and whether the position is paid, revenue-share, or unpaid?

Hi! I’m interested in potentially contributing music and atmospheric soundscapes to Bazaar Initiative’s fantasy world.

Before contributing, could you share the public repository and clarify which license applies specifically to music assets, how composers are credited, and whether AI-assisted production tools are permitted? If everything aligns, I’d be interested in beginning with one regional or exploration theme.

Hey! I’m interested in creating creepy, glitch-heavy music for Broken Broadcast. I’ve worked across dark electronic, retro, horror, and high-intensity game-music styles.

I’d be willing to begin with one short original trial track to see whether my style fits the mod. If the track works well and you want me to contribute substantially to later versions, I’d also be open to discussing a reasonable per-track payment arrangement if the project receives funding.

Hey! I’m interested in contributing music to Kernel Failure. I create futuristic arcade music, high-energy retro action tracks, dark boss themes, emotional character music, and atmospheric rock.

If my work fits your game, I’d be happy to create a short original sample for either a regular level or boss using your references for direction without copying them.

Hey! I’d love to help compose for Fractured Remnants. Dark atmosphere, emotional character themes, unsettling ambience, and intense chase music are all directions I’d be interested in exploring for the game.

If my music interests you, I’d be happy to create a short sample for a specific Remnant, Damned character, or location.

Hello! I’m interested in the composer position. I create music across multiple styles and would be interested in developing character, companion, menu, battle, and progression themes for your turn-based PvP game.

If my portfolio fits your direction, I’d be happy to learn more about the game, expected workload, timeline, and compensation arrangement.

Hi Jen! I know this post has been open for a while, but I’d love to be considered if you’re still looking for a composer.

The intimate, emotional direction of Ember & Thread really interests me—especially the idea of giving each region and character a recognizable musical identity while leaving enough space for the world to breathe.

My preliminary rate would be $20 per finished minute, placing 20–30 minutes around $400–$600, depending on the number of revisions and how the resolved variants are structured. I’d be happy to review the creative brief before confirming a final quote.

Hi! I’m interested in contributing music to your visual novel. The contrast between brutal warfare and quiet human connection sounds especially suited to emotional, melancholic, atmospheric, and dramatic themes—the kinds of musical directions I enjoy exploring.

If my work fits your vision, I’d be happy to learn more about the characters and story and begin with one short theme for a specific scene or character.

Hi! I’m a versatile composer with six years of music making experience, and I’m available to create original music for indie games across a wide range of genres and styles.

I can adapt to the specific direction of each project, including chiptune, retro, electronic, ambient, rock, cinematic, orchestral, horror, fantasy, emotional, peaceful, action, exploration, and boss music. Rather than forcing every game into one musical style, I want to understand its world, characters, gameplay, and atmosphere so its soundtrack feels specifically designed for it.

For promising projects, I’m also willing to create one short custom theme prototype at no upfront cost. This allows us to test whether my musical direction fits your game before discussing a larger soundtrack, licensing, or continued collaboration.

Your game can look incredible, but music is what makes players feel it. Let’s give your world a sound they’ll remember
