You have to do the quest at the top which gives rp+1 and then in the quest giver menu look at the top and click the next page of quests to progress. Certain main quests have pre-requisite quests to do. Also some pages you can scroll up-or down to see more. Finally on the main quest you can click the number of the pre-requesite quest to jump to it and accept

i think that part of the game isnt out yet cuz mantis are not in the enemy list
