I do have a question, were there 2 of them? The portrait in the Livingroom was a boy and a girl right? So the voices were of two males confused me. I wish there was more story. It was like one was forced to be a girl or something. It was an interesting game. 

I'm experiencing the same bug with the newer build. I'm not sure if its something i'm doing or the game. 

I found if you move your mouse slowly with the arrows while holding the left mouse button down works best. If you move your mouse too quickly is when you lose your fish.

I found if you tap the middle mouse button it makes your character to move forward without pressing the w button. It helps if you're running long distance to just have it automatically walk for you.
