Hey, the current files on the page should solve this issue. Download the current launcher, then link your itchio profile that has bought the game in the past with the launcher then you will get access to the last update of the game. Let me know if that works, as I'm launching this system for the first time, there might be some stuffs to iron out but I have tested it a lot already.
Arabelle route for the arabelle scene, nothing special. And for the wild lady scene, not being on Arabelle route + completing the gathering minigame flawlessly.

This is not possible, and don't worry about Virgya/Lily, things will improve in their relationship (it's planned she can even have his baby in one of the endings), but I can't explain what's going because this is too much spoiler.

I think Molly and Lily works yes. For last molly scene, you only need to talk to her on Day 8 (doesn't require a gift). And no going for Lady Hale, doesn't prevent from getting Lily last scene necessarily.
Open the game folder, you will find a folder named "saves", you will see a number indicating page and position, for example for a page 1 save 8, it will be page 1-8-LT1.save. If you don't know exactly, can take the full page of saves where the savefile with the bug is located and send it to me by email in a .zip.
