To add to scottwolf said, you can disable it in the options in the "Erotism" menu, by unticking "peep scenes", so that it doesn't appear in your playthrough (there is only 2 scenes like this, although this is not cuckolding because the girls don't know you, just stuffs you can see as a result of some decisions.)
For now, unfortunately, it’s not possible. I hope itch.io comes back soon, because otherwise I’ll have to find another store to publish the Android version.

The Android version is also available on Patreon. It’s currently the most advanced version of the game, although it’s not complete yet because the game is still in development.
