they do give big reward to so is accepting their contract okay and wont affect ending or the character right

Also i am pregnant right how do i give birth is there a barter from elise i need to buy he said is free so what do i do do i just keep sleeping in the room until he helps me giving birth which i did sometimes it seems bug also it just turn a pile of flesh why
