The only instruction in that paper was F for flashlight and G for Glowstick. It doesnt show why my key wouldnt open the basement door or what button i use, as i smashed every single one of the keybinds with the inventory open and couldnt get out. Must have been an early free version, since now the game is paid. I opened inventory and left click the key to get out of basement but i couldnt get out...i left click the door after getting key, wont open, i left click after opening inventory wouldnt open...

played this and had troubles...what button do i use the keys? i got stuck in the basement and cant get out even after selecting the key from inventory. What button do i use? what even are the keybinds?
In the videos the basement is not open, but in whatever version i got, as soon as i got into the house i went down to the basement, stared the painting, a key was there but then i couldnt use that key to leave the basement.
