Really cool story and art! It reminds me of the game we submitted for last year gmtk!

Very easy to follow what you have to do and how to keep going. The only thing I don't get is what the time slowing is supposed to do, looks like is just telling you that you are about to lose.

Reminds me of "Keep talking and nobody explodes", also there directions sometimes works in strange ways (here is intended, there is due to your friend not being super clear).

Is very nice and very funny! I think that there are some inconsistencies or strange patterns with the rules (for example rules which say "all odd rules do not apply" and are in an odd spot gets a bit confusing) but I think is totally fine in a jam scenario!

Super simple game but still fun, as many other suggested this could be a nice starting point to expand the game with strange powerups, different objectives or other crazy things happening while you click like your life depends on it!

Really cool idea and very nice art!

I like the style and the game cover stood out and caught my attention.

The gameplay is really original but I think is a bit hard to understand how you can use things at your advantage, maybe having the possibility to have a look at your deck before the game starts or having the possibility to pause to read some cards could have helped, but overall I think is a really cool concept!

Really creative idea! Love how you have to place your past lives in the correct place every time! I wish you had the opportunity to replay just the last life without having to restart everything. Too many times it happened to me that I had evrything lined up perfectly and then I missed a jump and blocked the whole way....but maybe that's the fun of the game? hahah

Impressive art style and music! Is incredible that you did all the animations and transitions in such a small amount of time! Good job!

As a personal note, I get that this is not what you wanted to communicate with your game, I would have liked a bit more "game" maybe having different minigames or just having to repeat them sometimes or maybe having an effect on some aspects of the game according to how you play.

Highlight of my play through was when I build a catapult and launched myself up like 50 levels! Funny game, I would see it working well as a mobile game

Good job for surviving to your first Godot experience! Hope you enjoyed it, I really like using it and with a bit of time you will do awesome things considering this is the starting point. Keep it up!

Snape really liked my sandwiches....he has wierd tastes tho.

Nice art style and gameplay! I think that having new ingredients after some days is super nice but I think that each day lasts a bit too long (expecially in the first couple of days where you have just the basic 3 ingredients), I want to enjoy all the new ingredients and have the clients ask for random combinations! Overall the experience was fun and my best feature was the knife flying around the truck while I moved everything left and right.

As a side note maybe having a thrash can would have helped to manage rotten items, I made one myself using a corner of the truck hahah!

Really nice tutorial, a yahtzee game but with additional timer pressure

The setting is insanely fun. Really love the battle between heating and cooling appliances. The game is fun in its simplicity.

I think that the staring difficulty is a bit too easy and you could more bold with the number and direction of enemies.

Overall I had fun playing!

I really like the game, having to manage the steps you take is really interesting. The characters are nice, also with nice artworks and I like how you get introduced to the game by some characters in the game. I also find it interesting that you have to manage your countdown to count down the floors.

For me the only issue is that since you don't know where to go to travel down the floors, you end up "wasting" a lot of steps and since the levels are always different you can't "master" the best route. I think that maybe adding an undo option (even for just a couple of steps) could be really helpful.

Love Godot as an engine, we always use it also for our games!

In the beginning I got a bit confused cause i thought I had to count the beats and aim for the higher numbers to get higher scores but this was another game! hahahah.

Once I understood it clicked and it was fun. I like how you are the countdown. The best thing was figuring out what is my gun and the reload animation. Super fun!

Pretty funny! I hated every second of it (I think that this is the purpose of the game hahaha), is so unfair and even when you think you got the trick there is a second one which kills you...totally accurate capitalism simulator

The game hooks you and brings you to the end of the run. Simple concept but it works. I like that you didn't just use black and white but gave a visual twist to the game.

Really interesting concept! Having different opponents and maybe having the possibility to beat it instead of just surviving will make it super fun. I enjoyed playing it and I think card design (both visually and gameplay wise) is pretty good. If you enhance it a bit more I think it will become a fun card game

Cool gamplay, pretty typical rage game and the levels look well made and offer variety. I see the theme as a stretch but still funny.

This is one of the best interpretation of the theme I've had the opportunity to test. Every choice you make doesn't seem right and the world is always there to trick you and tax you. Funny idea!

Interesting idea, I found it hard to understand the effects of my investments but with some tooltips this can definitely work!

This game reminds me of an old mobile game I used to play a lot a while ago. The game is called doodle jump and had a lot of themes you could select. This could have been the "money maker" theme for that game!

The only issue I could point out is that is a bit too easy in my opinion, having more complicated jumps or maybe moving/dropping platforms would have made the game super fun....I know that in such short time is hard to implement such features.

Simple idea but effective and fun! I saw many trading simulator games but this one is for sure fun and well made. Good job

Relly like the idea of moving windows around and completing task....feels like I'm back at work after my normal shift! The game is good and visually appealing but I don't really see how the theme has been implemented. I don't want to sound rude tho!

Funny idea, as per title this is a very basic game but the movement felt pretty good and hearing the sound of money is always fun. If I can I would suggest to spend a bit more time on the UI aspect cause it makes even very simple game feel a lot more polished!

Classic game jame experience, 1000 ideas and time to implement just one...2 if you are lucky.

If you have time pass by to our page and give our game a go :)

As a drummer I have to say that I really liked this game! It was really fun to understand exactly what it was played...I also was overthinking many times.

I think that my only comment would be to have the option to hear the original track both with or without your drum because sometimes, if you go too off, things will become messy and you have to delete everything and restart.

Maybe a sequel with other instruments? :D

Pretty different idea from other games I've tried, It is unfortunate that you didn't manage to ship the game you imagined! I feel you...is pretty hard to balance the cool idea you have in mind with the limited time to implement it!

The character looks really cool tho! It reminds me of a Pokemon! Good job for the concepts!

Good job! Really polished for a first game!

I'll skip the comment everybody already said and I'll say that with the turing background and the white text, characters are sometimes a bit hard to read expecially when you are focussing on remembering all the past ones. Maybe a bit more contrast (or maybe some options to change either background or text colour) will help make the game more readable.

Amazing art and amazing presentation page! Looking at the page while the game loads lets you want to play it more!

Cool gamplay idea, I took a bit of time to figure out why sometimes the loop wasn't closing but after some tests I managed to do it and scored some nice combos. The dash is really nice to group enemies together and lets you score even bigger combos!

Really nice background! With a cool character to complement it the aesthetic will really be top level! Also the music pumps you while playing.

My only comment on the game would be to add a bit more friction between the player and the platforms because sometimes if you jump and stop pressing without a perfect timing you tend to slide off the platforms. Also a wider aspect ration will allow to see a bit further but this is more of a preference rather than a game problem.

Amazing art work! Having a key to restart the loop wold be really helpful because if you miss the key event you are stuck in that loop without the possibility to save it (unless I'm missing something). For example if you don't save the beaver in time you can't do anything else.

Super funny twist on the theme! We had a similar idea in our brainstorming but didn't manage to make it work. Glad you made it! It is painful to play but I think that is exactly the point!

I think I agree with one of the other comments on the page, having the same set of commands and having the possibility to switch hand will improve the usability a lot. I also think I had some problems with keyboard layout because some letters on my keyboard didn't match the letters in the settings (minor issue because I tried to re-assign it and got the same letter so I understood that was just a layout issue)

Such a cool idea and amazing ending!

Really nice idea and amazing execution! I managed to complete the whole game and had a ton of fun doing so. Sometimes I had some troubles with the auto movement which brought me in some places where I couldn't dodge and I was forced to take the dmg. Adding a small backstory, even a few lines in the description, will really sell me the whole concept. Good job!

I love FPS-like games! Having some controls to change sensitivity would be ideal for a game like that. I don't know if it was just me but I couldn't slide so I got stuck and couldn't move forward. Overall still a fun game!

Thanks for taking the time to play our game! Our original idea was to have another character, you can see her in the game description, appear on screen and give you hints if you get stuck on a level for too long. Unfortunately we didn't have time to implement it  😅

Thanks for taking the time to play our game and thanks for not cheating! Did the bug remain even after resetting the level?
