It doesn't, I tried it a few times but it doesn't work, also for some reason I don't get births anymore.
Since it is possible, might I suggest an achievement for reaching 50 liters overall in your body?
Edit: unfortunately now I don't get birth scenes anymore, is there an issue with that?
