"Hell Yeah: The Game" lol
Satisfying and fun! Love the idea and the music!

Your comment below helped me and I was able to finish the game too.

Fun game! It was challenging enough for me, but not too challenging and not too frustrating. Maybe I would add more communication back to the player: indication when I failed to disarm the bomb, when I completed the level, etc. It was a little bit confusing without that.

It is really impressive, if that's actually your first game! I don't think that what I mentioned or interaction key bug really matters, it was fun and I liked it!

Awesome art and gameplay! It was tough to figure out the mechanics at first: I was confused on why I can't start my turn or why my orbital strike isn't working. I quickly figured it out though and it was quite fun! Reminded me of Into the Breach, your game was as addictive :)

Cute and immersive game, I love it! I wish it would be longer, I want to play more :)

This game is so adorable! Gameplay is really fun: it seemed trivial at first, but became challenging really quick :)

As an artist I'm blown away by the art and the concept. It did not feel like anything is out of place or incomplete or missing.  It actually looks like a game I could buy on Steam and would have no idea it was made in 96 hours!

Thank you! Sorry about the fire, should've made the effect that the fire changes  more obvious

Thanks! Yeah, so the visual feedback on the fire is too subtle to notice. So it probably changes, but it's not visible. Sorry about that

(1 edit)

That's a tough game, but I love the challenge :) For many other games there is the case, that the difficulty comes from a bad game design, those are rather frustrating than challenging. But your game is challenging on purpose and obstacles design is really clever. It might not be easily accessible to many people, but I don't think every game should target the most casual players.

I can totally see how people would try to beat this game on stream or on the recording with overly dramatic title like "This game broke me!", but it would be a badge of honor to beat the game. High risk - high reward!

Thank you! 🙏

Thanks!

Such a cozy, meditative game! Absolutely love it! Completed all the puzzles just to see the story behind them 😊

Спасибо большое! Очень приятно)

Thank you!

I fixed this, thank you so much!

Thank you! If only we had a little bit more time to polish the game, haha :)

Thanks!!!

Hi! Thanks! I think we cannot change this now, after we submitted, sorry about that. But good to know. Glad you liked the artstyle though :)

Thank you! 🙏

Yeah, had to make some compomises for the dialogs :)

We didn't have time to make them skippable, but wanted to make sure everyone would have enough time to read.

Thanks!

Glad to hear you figured out the ingredients, we weren't sure if it were clear enough :)

Hi!

Choose fire level by clicking on fire tuner. It's to the left of the cauldron. Clicking the tuner cycles through Low fire -> Medium fire -> High fire.

Fire under the cauldron is brighter, the higher the fire setting is. This effect is almost unnoticeable though, so sorry about that

Thank you!

Yeah, we thought it would be interesting to figure out which ingredient is which, but were not sure if it would be clear enough. Glad you liked it!

Fire actually has a visual feedback, but it's too subtle. I should've turn it up a little :)

😆

The number without a plus should work and also both with and without spaces, but from my understand you've tried that. Anyway, sorry for that, I guess this is some bug that we didn't catch while testing

Thanks!
Yeah, the phone number part wasn't too obvious: to send a text you just need to press "enter", but for the call you need to use the mouse to press the call button.  We should've make it so it works either way, but oh well

I really like how the game feels! Especially the music
As you said in your comment, the balancing is off, but I actually enjoyed crashing these poor alien guys :)
