An enjoyable story and glad for the added accessibility! I like how the game is built for multiple runs and there's very little overlap for the stories, the two routes are truly separate stories. Enjoyed the implication that the sea shells you were collecting would end up decorating your grave. And I don't think you should include the extra bits apologizing about potentially being bad or cringey, it'll just get in the way of your progress.

Honestly a pretty fun fishing mechanic that I haven't seen before and charming humor throughout with the fish variety and only unlocking music in the game once you buy the radio from the store. I'd love to see the gameplay a bit more fleshed out and more art added to the game.

Bug: pressing escape while in the journal or store would bring up the pause menu behind the one I was previously using and messed up the money score and time on the top of the screen, but other than that an enjoyable play!

Ah, I realize the lifeguards are being taken by imposters

Charming premise, art, and music. As others have mentioned the game becomes very difficult as lifeguards disappear if the person they were saving no longer needs help, I also had to refresh as simply restarting the game did not reset the money I had.

This is one of the most endearing games that I have ever played (it was suggested to our dev team discord by 'it's kayl'!) Finding such a cohesive direction in just 2 weeks is astonishing and it is clear that every aspect had a lot of work and love poured into it. The human designs were a delight and the synced up writing and sound design had me smiling the entire time I played!

Absolutely blown away by what you could do in 2 weeks! I absolutely loved the vibes and the creative way of including the limitation. You pulled off the artstyle wonderfully and I would love to see what you could do with more than 2 weeks on a project. Definitely following your itch page to see what you make going forward.

Enjoyed the ambiance of this game and the stick mechanic! Sometimes the map did feel almost too big and I found myself aimlessly wandering for a while.

This was a really enjoyable game! Some of the minigames felt overly difficult at the beginning, but the use of the optional limitation really helped on that front, and I think it's the best use of it that I've seen in the jam. the Tetris style minigame was confusing to control with a QWERTY keyboard, but overall the game was really cozy, and sliding around the map was especially fun.

very cute game, would love to see what you all can do with a bit more time on your hands! (I was able to get the image for the falling object game even after I lost it)

enjoyable gameplay and lots of opportunities to deepen mechanics later on if you so choose.

Really like this idea, and solid transitions! I'd love to have a way to see under the water a bit more at the beginning bc it feels a bit difficult to figure out where the fish are without making a hole just for visibility.
