Sorry that's on me. I scaled the UV to zero, so they could fit Inside a small 8x8 texture. The quickest solution is to simply do a smart unwrap.But if its not to much of an ask. what type of texturing a you trying to do exactly?

Import them into blender and select the whole model and click unwrap. Or you select the whole model and in the uv editor scale up the UVs. They were shrunk to fit inside the 8x8 texture.

That depends. If its a game engine like unity. Create a material atlas and then drag amd drop the tiny 8x8 bit texture map on to it. And set the materials to nearest.

In the file there is a texture map. Anything on that map colored blue is the window. Just paint it whatever color you'd like and that will change the window color.

A free Helicopter model I made I while back as a study into lowpoly texturing. The was more focused on Shoot em up type games and I would recommand you use a cell shader to get the most out of it. Other then that feel free to use.
