yeah, right just because there's a plot revolving a manipulative physician...stop pitting two talented individuals against one another. to be fair, it is inevitable to be identical at some parts given the theme "yandere," but that doesn't mean it's a rip-off copy. i've played both and the plots are blatantly different :) you should check out the visual novel "be patient", then come back here and say it is also a copy of "overdose" (based on your logic). no one really copied who, and the psychological horror centralizing the medical field has never originated from anyone in the VN scene... if you didn't really want to accuse someone, you should've thought of the consequences of your comment before posting it with that exact intent you said you didn't want to come across.

this visual novel is an absolute masterpiece in psychological horror. The art style is so stunning—it lures you in with this cute, sweet, & safe, only to pull the rug out from under you and plunge straight into a terrifyingly dark reality.... the jumpscares gave me goosebumps—effective execution!!!. Adrian’s character is captivatingly complex; watching his own conflicting feelings bleed through during his time with the MC and completely being blind to his own underlying blooming love for the MC made the narrative tension so thick!!! THAT DOOR SCENE MADE ME CRY....... A PURE YANDERE INDEED!!! strangely enough, i don't see problems with adrian's way of justice, such as dismembering rap*st i fully support him lol

BUT MY HEART BELONGS TO IAN ! Ian is a literal babygirl and i kinda root for him so much more with the MC! Beneath all his deep-seated trauma, he is ultimately such a softie at his core, and his raw vulnerability with the MC under the rain hit on a whole different level for me. 1000000/10 the mini-games made me panic too.

There is so much lore to unpack here. While I don't have a concrete theory just yet, my main takeaway is how the narrative handles its creatures: by granting them human-like consciousness, vulnerability, emotional depth, and desire for companionship, the story feels intimately connected to their tragedy rather than simply repulsed by their form.

On top of that, the breaking of the fourth wall IS so surrtasm coded immediately reminded me of TAS hehe. ik ur reading this narrator stop bullying me
