Awesome art, audio, and UI design. Playing minesweeper as a platformer feels like a nightmare though! It was a little weird to have my little guy dig just because I walked into a block. Great work overall.

Dang that squiggle has a lot of health. Must be drawn in permanent marker. Good job!

The art and audio are amazing. You all created a world that I want to spend time in. I think you're leaning on the genre a little hard, and while it technically fits the theme, the countdown mechanic feels ancillary to the world you've built. Relaxing and beautiful, though!

Is there a way to move platforms after they've been placed? Or a restart button?

I like dodge-y games like this (Slight Chance of Sawblades, Disc Room), and the artwork is really great. I think you could ramp up the difficulty more quickly, and make the level transitions shorter. I didn't get super far, but is there any mechanic to affect the countdown to the next level? Great work!

Wow the difficult ramp up reeeeally quick, haha. Fun lil game.

Love the pixel art and limited palette! I think it would be more fun if the enemies moved faster, but more chaotically. You could add a few movement variations in the enemies instead of just following the player so it feels more like dodging. Nice work.

thanks for playing! If you tap the score area, there’s a menu with an inverted control option. :)

Fun, but difficult! It took me a couple tries to understand I could jump in midair. Overall very cute but the platforms felt too close together. I found myself running into corners a lot. With some tuning it could be great.

A little frustrating to control – maybe it would be too easy to draw a preview of which row the card will take me to? It's hard to tell without a visual grid. I also seemed to die randomly on a row that was secretly all lava. Maybe it flowed down because I travelled past the lava? Hard to say.

I really liked the artwork, animations, and polish to the interface, even if it wasn't my cup of tea.

I enjoyed my few nights as a panromantic sprite. I think the little timer puzzles should bounce back and force a few times, though. Nice art and sound.

You submitted, so pat yourself on the back. I did actually smile when I reached the "You finished the game" message only to have it continue to level 3. "try not to die btw" also got a chuckle.

Great "execution" of your idea! I loved the animations and the pacing overall. I finished only "suspiciously wealthy" which sounds perfect. Let them wonder.

I did not think this game would have me beheading a guy just because he loved cheese too much. Finished only "suspiciously wealthy" and I wouldn't have it any other way. Time to drape myself over my chaise lounge and eat grapes.

thanks for the detailed feedback! I was definitely aiming for a brief arcade experience, so I’m glad to hear that. I’ll add more progressions to the post-jam release :)

The pixel art animations are amazing. The sleepy count waking up and yawning has me rollllling.

Oddly pretty. Felt like catching fireflies to illuminate a strange garden.

I'm catching fireflies or casting arcane spells and I'm not sure which. Very beautiful.

Ohhhhhh this is too cute. I would like to linger on my photos a bit longer after each one, and perhaps have a little feedback immediately instead of at the end. Great work!

Is the last piece of debris always REALLY stuck in there? I feel like I'm going crazy wiggling my mouse around.

Aw, that's really sweet. Thanks for playing!

Ouch, i have sustained corporeal damage from jumping. The visuals are really nice. Time to jump on a squishy red mushroom to break my fall!

Fun lil' game once I got the hang of the menu system (a little theme-related subversion of expectation). I'd like an "end exploration" button because in the first few turns I had extra time but not enough time to get to anything interesting. Cute art and responsive controls. nice work!

Unforgiving! Really great atmosphere.

Yeah! It feels like a really good sneeze.

Combos. Combos all day long. Thanks for playing!

Know any chiptune artists? Thanks for playing.

I updated the description because of your comment 😉. Thanks for playing!

Call me back when you get to 5-digits 😈 jk, jk. Thanks so much for playing!

Hmmm, maybe I will put it on the phone! Thanks for playing.

We "aim" to please. Thanks for playing!

Really really cute characters. We could all use a lil' break at the end of the world.

Thank you very much! Juice it or lose it, as they say.

Aw, thank you. I would love to do a split screen version of this. Maybe even a 2-player mode.

COOL! The only thing this was missing was a little "admire" pause when you complete a work. I want to bask in the glory of my forgery.

Cool pixel art. The UI reminds me a bit of Metal Gear Solid. It was satisfying to line up enemies and blast them.

there are caltrops in this game? what an interesting item. I didn't get far enough.

FINISHED! Mirror's Edge? More like Mirror's Evil Smartwatch. Good work.

Couldn't quite figure out the last rule, but cute art and presentation. Colors reminded me of Ed Edd & Eddy

What's in my gun, time bullets?!

Fun lil' smash-tv-like.
