I'm fairly certain I've expressed my love of this game before. I will be doing so again, this game is so goddamn great.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I first downloaded it. I thought it'd be a fun erotic parody of Pokemon, but then I get bitchslapped by not only a story, but lore, it being a fully mechanically competent game and the potential for up to 7 different Abilities. Even putting aside the fact that it's also got great hentai sprite art, the fact that I can send out Ninetales and not only will it set up the Sun, weakening incoming Water moves, it also sets up Misty Terrain, boosting my Fairy moves AND providing me with immunity to status for 5 turns is objectively funny.

Also, this game allows me access to Galarian Darmanitan, one of the most cartoonishly overpowered non-Legendaries AND you give Lumina Crash, a move I hadn't even heard of until now, apparently it's Flamigo's signature move, to freaking Deoxys? That's amazing!

My only gripe is the level cap, but that's probably so that we have to think and strategize, not just overlevel like crazy and mop the floor with Gym Leaders. And I respect that, much as I think 6-0ing someone is hilarious, and still VERY doable with Prankster-No Guard Hypnosis, having to actually plan out my moves and use the ol' thinker is a rare treat for Pokemon games.

Also, the Possession mechanic is an incredible asset in boss fights, immediately just robbing someone of their Pokemon and being able to potentially revive it and use it AGAINST them? Again, that's objectively hysterical. And it lets me minmax my Pokemon even harder. Again, that's objectively funny.

This game has genuinely brought me a lot of joy and I wish you the absolute best in all endeavors.

Next update is going to hook me like I'm a pirate Captain.

You can relearn moves at the move screen and reset EVs at the EV screen, no NPC required.

A game update is like an episode of Dragon Ball Z Abridged, it is never early, nor late, it arrives precisely when it is ready.

Huh. Y'know, good for you. Looks kinda like a version of Gastly that evolved to handle extreme cold.

If you're still struggling, Struggle Bug Shuckle with max Special Defense, Max HP, Struggle Bug, 8 uses of Rest and a Chesto Berry can outstall it.

Probably because having something that powerful this early on would be bad for balance.

Huh. You know, I do not think I would have tried that. Fascinating. Time to add a couple more mons to my Dex! And spend some more time mining for Moon Stones.

Just download the new version and click on the game in that. It should update your save automatically. Don't delete the old version until you KNOW the save has transferred over, just in case.

How'd you do that?

You SHOULD be fine if you can load an auto-save from before this. Or a save file from before you did this.

Struggle Bug Shuckle with maxed out Special Defense and HP, Chesto Berry and Rest. Chesto to instantly wake up from Rest, Struggle Bug to slowly lower Special Attack so it does less damage. Just remember to use PP Max on Rest so you can use it 8 times, not just 5. After that, battle of attrition. If Soul Wisp works, try that on a mon with Focus Sash so it doesn't immediately die to weaken it even further. Don't bother with Toxic, it doesn't work, trust me, I tried.

So, a bunch of the Pokemon in the game only evolve at night, but I already did the Elgyem thing, which appears to be the only way to trigger the day/night cycle. Am I locked out of their evolutions until the next update introduces another way to bring about night, or am I missing something obvious?
