Well I officially started my business earlier this week and am looking into applying for grants now, but they require a 2yr business plan submitted and I would like to find someone locally (Ontario) who has experience to be able to count on to develop when I do.

Hey there! I'm a 2D artist and I'm looking to pull together a team of passionate artists and web/game developers together to create an human-artist-driven gamedev company here in Ontario, Canada.

I am planning to find a select skilled team with  people interested and then build a project around the skills we have and mutual interests, and apply for government funding as a start-up plan. 

My goal with this gamedev company is to build a company that operates by letting those who contribute to projects keep thier own IP,  and all contrubitions are ethically sourced without the use of AI.

I've already got some of the 2D art for a 2D dragon rig  from a previous jam, so id like to use the assets ive already made.

I can make more assets, but my life is bery busy at the moment and i wont be able to make a whole lot  during this jam.

yep! Every level is +1 cat for you to take care of, and if the cats destroy too much stuff, you lose all the money youve earned.  Once it hits 0 you lose :3

I havent had any planned yet, I'm pregnant and expecting so probably not hosting another one for a while

since theres been such a low turnout, i changed the rules to include single participants, also this jam allows past projects as well so hopefully we will still see a lot of canadian original content :)

The puzzles were really interesting and the art style was also very pleasant, else than that i just wish there was a story motive but this has been seriously comfy

What an endearing little story, a new friend and a happy ending! Love the work you did putting different expressions according to the dialogue, and animations like Maize butting in front of the librarian. Wonderful work! You ought to be proud!
