Umbria, 1612. Clarissa is a healer her village depends on but doesn't fully trust — and when a wounded stranger named Jaan turns up at her door, everything starts to shift. Chapter One is the prologue to an episodic historical drama, with new chapters landing roughly every 45 minutes of playtime. Completely free.

Link.

I found it really interesting. I loved the layout of the images and text.

Art! This is why I love VN.

Best VN I ever read. How many chapters will be in total?

Nice, I see the characters are the same from the Book/Movie CONCLAVE.

Sort of Justice is one of the few AVNs where the story takes center stage. Rather than feeling like a mandatory dating sim with an action plot attached, it plays as an action-political thriller where the romantic and intimate scenes complement the narrative instead of driving it.

What impresses me most is the sheer number of plot threads already in motion. There are mysteries, political intrigue, personal conflicts, and character relationships that all seem to be building toward something much larger. It gives the impression that the author has planned most of the story in advance rather than making it up chapter by chapter.

The real challenge will be the ending. If the author manages to connect these storylines and bring them to a satisfying conclusion, I genuinely think Sort of Justice has the potential to be remembered as one of the best AVNs ever made. Its structure and pacing already feel closer to a cinematic TV thriller than to a traditional visual novel, and I could easily imagine it being adapted into a live-action series.

The title of the next episode....OMG...

I hope we do not go the daughter route here, I feel already nauseated as a father myself....

I love this kind of indie release. One note, it may be only my UX, but it looks like the mouse pointer is huge; basically, I cannot click on anything, even to quit, I need to force it. Is it only my issue? I am a bit impaired visually, so my mouse might be a bit bigger by default.

Awsome!

I'm reading it right now. I am having such a good time. The plot is really interesting. When the VNCRAFT images appeared out of nowhere in the beginning, I thought my PC had been hacked. Well played!

Is it still to be completed, or can I continue happily knowing it has an ending?

Next update?

The best VN I read. Please do not drop it!
