This whole situation reads like a prelude/prologue to a slasher movie where the two leads try to figure out who the killer is (may or may not be the only other name in the text) while not dying and bonding or falling in love along the way.

Though maybe that's just me, but frequent transitions between character dialogues and narration did disrupt the flow of the story a bit. Otherwise, I much enjoyed the mystery of MC's identity and I'm looking forward to more!

You still did a lot of good work, it's so dynamic, I love it! And the moment I realized Virion's gonna find MC first (and I chose him as LI) I was like "That's gonna be one awkward reunion" and it was glorious (and sweet) *mwah*

How do I get entry 60 in the codex? It's the only one missing and my completionist self is crying...
