For the first good or neutral ending, just pick the options that fit his behavior, like choosing to walk with him. When you get to the lecture room, let him elaborate on what he's saying without pressing any further. After that, go talk to Yunhao and finish up the task Marienne gives you, and that will wrap up the first good end.
For the second one, you start out the same way, but once you're in the lecture room, reassure him instead. That branches off into meeting Mia, where you'll want to side with Yunhao. After that, just follow the same steps as before and you're all set! ^^
