Upon my computer not starting today and then another update happening  and causing it to restart after I already had to restart just to get it to start I'm quite sure that it's Microsoft being an ass. Thanks for the response though. Also, I reloaded the same file which it was lagging on and it isn't since that day. So, back to the game I go :)

So... I was finishing the 2nd mission. Specifically Liquid Gold. And as I was heading back to go inside after completing the objective suddenly my game began lagging. And I mean LAGGING. It didn't seem to fix no matter what I did. I tried deloading the zone, reloading to a previous state, even closing the game entirely. In fact, it even made my computer crash even though I closed it! Though, I will say this, it was really strange that Microsoft just so happened to forcefully update my computer as I tried turning it back on... (In fact, whatever update it installed made my computer restart twice). So, I'm not sure if this is a problem with the mission/game or if it's something else.
